About the Role
As a Business Development Manager at Spacewell International, you will play a crucial role in driving our continued success and growth in Belgium and The Netherlands. With your expertise, you will convince potential clients of our SaaS solution, Spacewell Energy, that optimizes building and manufacturing facilities management. You have a natural ability to connect with people, build networks, understand business processes, and translate clients' needs into tailored Spacewell solutions.
What You’ll Do to Drive Sales Success
- Identify & Acquire New Clients – Proactively prospect and engage enterprise B2B clients in energy management, sustainability, and IoT, turning prospects into long-term partners.
- Generate & Qualify Leads – Leverage your network, outbound strategies, and marketing collaboration to build a strong pipeline of potential customers.
- Sell with Impact – Articulate the unique value of Spacewell Energy through compelling presentations, tailored proposals, and consultative selling techniques.
- Negotiate & Close Deals – Lead contract negotiations and successfully close high-value deals that drive revenue growth.
- Cross-Selling Opportunities – Identify opportunities to expand the business by cross-selling relevant solutions to existing clients.
- Represent & Expand Brand Presence – Attend industry events, trade fairs, and networking opportunities to strengthen relationships and position Spacewell as a market leader.
- Be a Sales Champion – As an individual contributor, take ownership of your sales performance while reporting directly to the Sales Director.

- A persuasive communicator, fluent in Dutch and English (bonus points for French).
