As our Partner Success Manager, you'll be instrumental in propelling our company forward. Your mission? To drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling to existing accounts, ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for partners, and foster strong, productive relationships with partners. This role focuses on maximizing partner success and satisfaction, thereby enhancing overall business performance.

In this role you will:

  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing partner accounts to drive MRR growth.
  • Guide new partners through onboarding processes, ensuring they are well-versed in procedures and best practices.
  • Conduct QBRs with partners to review past performance, discuss challenges, and plan for future growth.
  • Respond to daily inquiries from partners regarding invoices, pricing, and contracts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Coach partners on sales strategies and best practices to enhance their success and alignment with company goals.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to leverage partner programs and drive mutual success.

The ideal candidate will become successful in this role by bringing these competencies and experiences:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years in partner management, sales, customer success or a related field.
  • Strong partner network of System Integrators, IT resellers, and IT distributors preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets through up- and cross-sell
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and other sales tools.
  • Native Dutch speaking and proficiency in English.
  • Willingness to travel.
