Spacewell is hiring a motivated Regional Sales Manager for the global team covering Nordics, and rest of the world regions. Largest part of the team is based from or Swedish office based in Knivsta and others work remote. You will act as an inspiring, results-oriented leader who combines an entrepreneurial spirit with a proven track record in sales management and broad management skills.

Team lead responsibility

  • Management and Coaching of the Sales team
  • Manage personal and team targets and development
  • Performance and assessment management
  • Support with Recruitment for functions within the team.
  • Co-determine, coordinate and support in achieving the targets for your sales team.

Support account management for strategic customers


  • Independently build a network of prospects
  • Defines actions and follows them up
  • Finds out the right customer needs and comes up with a suitable solutions
  • Sees opportunities and actively thinks along with the customer and surprises them with innovative ideas to optimize processes using our software

What about the team?

You will report to Carlo Van Der Steen, our SVP Direct Sales. He has been with the company since 2007 and he is the founding father of our Swedish office. Your future colleagues describe him as fair, helpful result oriented and someone that gives you the freedom you need. The rest of the team in Sweden is made up of your direct sales colleagues, business development and pre-sales. Next to that you are in close contact with our colleagues in the Netherlands, France and Belgium.

  • You have minimum 8 years of sales experience within the software sector
  • You have experience in people management and know how to lead an international sales team. You know how to motivate them to work to a common goal.
  • You love technology and thrive in a fast-changing environment.
  • Problem-solving is what motivates you. People would describe you as an enthusiastic, positive and driven teamlead.
  • You love working in an international context and be open to travel for work throughout the Nordics to meet clients.
  • You speak fluently English. Knowledge of Swedish is considered as a big plus!
  • You are willing to learn, as the world never stops moving. You try to adapt our solutions as much as possible to the needs in the market. Not only about our solutions but also about the commercial approach. Self reflection is the first step to success.
