Spacewell is hiring an experienced VP Partnerships & Alliances reporting to the SVP Partner Management to lead and maintain high level relationships with leading organizations in the Real Estate industry across the whole value chain. You will be located in our local office in Paris (France)


  • We’re looking for a strong manager that can provide support to the Direct Commercial and Client Success team in our Paris office but moreover a a strong relationship manager to oversee alliances between Spacewell and top industry partners both direct & indirect. We're in the process of creating scalable, easy to understand and implement products to help partners become successful in their efforts to market out product.
  • Your role requires sourcing and onboarding new partnerships and to work collaboratively with the internal Spacewell organization, country leads and Partnership team to deepen and strengthen the relationships with Spacewell Partners enabling them to grow and drive revenue, increase the viability of our program, and increase business outcomes for both Spacewell and its Partner ecosystem.
  • You're tasked with identifying gaps, developing enablement strategies and helping to execute against the indirect partner strategy and priorities and facilitating strong communication and collaborative feedback loops. This requires our partners are well equipped with the right content in the right context, you'll provide them with program guidance, access to the right tools in an environment of fast paced change. Our internal GTM team is briefed on a regular basis on partnerships and how to leverage and navigate them.

  • Our right candidate possesses >10 years of sales, client services, and/or member/partner success experience preferably on a global scale
  • Smart, diligent, organized, driven, and focused, you’re a taskmaster that loves working with people. You’re diligent and thorough and can deliver both strategically and tactically to grow revenue, build relationships, and deliver beyond expectations.
  • Execute and provide regular updates on enablement plans, content strategy, playbooks, training, joint delivery preparation and engagement delivery framework projects for our internal Strategic Partnerships team and selected Spacewell partners
  • Establish and maintain deep and trusted relationships with our Spacewell partners in close alignment with our internal organization and stakeholders. This means collecting (customer support) data from partners and derive insights for cross-functional teams.
  • Establish solid working relationships with internal leadership across Partnerships, Product, Solution Engineering and Go-To-Market, and be an effective advocate for the team.
  • Authentic relationship skills that earn the confidence of others, combined with strong market knowledge and ability to create successful growth strategies as well as own and execute on strategic partnerships
  • Demonstrated success at applying analytical skill to long-term business planning that results in tangible business outcomes
  • Excellent communication and presentation capabilities combined with ability to clearly articulate complex business proposals and to influence both internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent collaboration skills that can quickly bring together Product, Marketing, Conference, Research, and Membership to execute against partnerships
