What Will You Be Doing?
🚀 HubSpot Management & CRM Optimization
- Own and optimize CRM & Marketing Automation platforms to drive efficiency .
- Ensure clean data, smooth integrations, and seamless workflows across sales and marketing.
- Govern user access, security, and compliance across international teams.
⚡ Lead Nurturing & Automation
- Build and refine automation workflows to streamline marketing and sales processes.
- Develop lead scoring models and behaviour-driven triggers for better sales alignment.
- Continuously test and optimize conversion-driven automation strategies.
📧 Email Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-touch email campaigns across email, chat and retargeting to nurture leads and drive engagement.
- Ensure all communications are personalized, automated, and data-driven.
- Run A/B tests to improve open rates, CTRs, and conversions.
- Maintain compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other regulations while keeping campaigns impactful.
📊 Reporting & Analytics
- Track pipeline performance, lead flow, and ROI through real-time data insights.
- Develop dashboards and reports to measure campaign effectiveness and inform strategy.
- Maintain and refine lead scoring models to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
What Makes You a Great Fit?
✔ HubSpot expert – 3+ years managing CRM, Marketing Hub & Sales Hub.
✔ Experience in Martech platforms (Marketo, Pardot, etc.) is a plus.
✔ Data-driven mindset – you turn insights into action, improving efficiency and conversion rates.
✔ Email marketing pro – you craft, test, and refine high-performing campaigns.
✔ Tech-savvy strategist – you understand the bigger picture of marketing automation.
✔ Collaborative mindset – you work seamlessly across international teams.
